I was a professional soccer player for 13 years and have been training clients for over a decade. Combining my soccer experience with certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Functional Range Assessment (FRA), I focus on improving mobility, strength, and proprioception. Understanding where you are in time and space is crucial for strength, effective movement, and injury prevention. My goal is to help clients move better and feel stronger, ensuring sustainable progress in their fitness journey.

The goal is to make my clients as familiar with their body as possible while mitigating injury, building strength, and even rehabilitating previous injuries.

MOBILITY

Building a soccer player is like building a house and you must start at the base. The base is technique. I concentrate on technique more than anything else. If you are a master at the basics you will have a foundation to build upon. The first session is about analyzing the player and determining their weaknesses. We will then target those areas and eventually make them strengths. The training sessions are very specific to individual players depending on the position they play, their personality, and their skill level.

TRAINING

This is a full body assessment of the capability of your joints. I will be able to see where you are limited in terms of joint movement. The limitations in our bodies have the potential to cause injuries or are the cause of current injuries. After this assessment we will have an idea of your limitations and will begin working from there.

TRAINING

Speed, Agility, and Quickness training is incredibly important for the modern athlete. If the individual can safely move their body in an efficient manner, SAQ will be implemented into the sessions or can be a session within itself. I will use my soccer & track and field experience to make sure my clients use the proper technique and run as efficiently as possible. My ultimate goal is to get players to reach their top speed as safely as possible.
