I was a professional soccer player for 13 years, having played in the English Premier League, the Swedish Allsvenskan, the Croatian Prva HNL, and MLS. For the past five years, I have been training clients, combining my soccer knowledge with various certifications such as FRC, FRA, and NASM to make lasting positive changes to the human body.
At the heart of my service is mobility training, upon which everything is built. Like with any structure, I believe in building from the base. In this case, that base is mobility work (for soccer clients, the base is mobility and technique with the ball). My priority is to reacquaint my clients with their bodies.
I achieve this by making sure my clients are moving their bodies optimally. Through this process their bodies transform in a number of ways: my clients become stronger and more kinesthetically aware.
I use a combination of mobility work, strength training, balance training, running technique, agility, and plyometrics to achieve my clients’ goals, whatever they may be.
