Service Description

Speed, Agility, and Quickness training is incredibly important for the modern athlete. If the individual can safely move their body in an efficient manner, SAQ will be implemented into the sessions or can be a session within itself. I will use my soccer & track and field experience to make sure my clients use the proper technique and run as efficiently as possible. My ultimate goal is to get players to reach their top speed as safely as possible. Each session is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
